The Terrace Homes at Marbella Beachside, Scarborough are continuing to make excellent progress, with noticeable advancement across the site in recent weeks.

Construction is powering ahead at Marbella Beachside. The front façade is nearly complete, interiors are taking shape, and key milestones like tiling, cabinetry, and lift installation are now underway — bringing the Terrace Homes closer to their coastal finish line.

The final slab is halfway poured, kitchens have arrived, and brickwork is underway on the last terraces. With the front scaffold coming down over the next month.

This week, our construction team successfully started another slab pour on the second floor of the rear terraces.

Significant progress is being made on the lower-level terraces, where internal structures are rapidly taking shape.

Level three brickwork is well underway and now 45% complete. Meanwhile, work on the level four slab has commenced at the rear of the construction site.

The State Government has proposed lowering a large section of West Coast Highway at Scarborough Beach. This initiative aims to ease traffic congestion.

The second tier slab was successfully poured in mid-September. Bricklayers began working on the second tier the following week. Formwork for the third tier was scheduled to begin last week.

The first-tier level 1 slab has been successfully poured, marking a major milestone. The brickwork for this level is set to commence next week.
