Construction is powering ahead at Marbella Beachside, with some exciting milestones reached onsite.

The last slab is halfway poured, marking another big step forward.

Brickwork has begun on the final row of terrace homes.

Kitchens have arrived and scullery cupboards are already being installed in Terraces 1–5, with Terraces 6–10 up next.

And perhaps most exciting of all — the front scaffold is starting to come down, with the façade set to be fully revealed within the next month.

With every week, Marbella Beachside is moving closer to completion, and the vision for this coastal community is really starting to take shape.
