Construction is progressing well on the Marbella Beachside development site.

First-tier garage walls for Terrace Homes 1 – 5 are now fully complete, with the second-tier garage walls for Terrace Homes 6 – 9 now 60% complete.

Earthworks are 90% complete for Terrace Homes 10 – 18 and brickwork for these third and fourth-tier garage walls will commence in the next two weeks.

The northern boundary wall is fully completed, with the southern boundary wall 70% complete.
