The Terrace Homes at Marbella Beachside, Scarborough are continuing to make excellent progress, with noticeable advancement across the site in recent weeks.

The project has now reached approximately 70% overall completion, reflecting steady movement through key stages of construction.

Internally, fit-out works are around 60% complete, with trades actively progressing throughout the residences as finishes and detailing begin to come together.

Externally, landscaping has also reached approximately 60% completion, with the outdoor spaces continuing to develop and enhance the overall coastal aesthetic of the homes.
