Level three brickwork is underway (45% complete). Meanwhile, work on the level four slab has commenced at the rear of the construction site.

In two weeks, construction will begin on the front left section, followed by the front right, progressing backward.

Once completed, these sections will connect, forming a continuous slab from the rear to the front.

This will be the largest slab of the project and a significant milestone, with full completion expected by the end of March.

Internally, plastering has now commenced on the first two tiers of homes, covering terraces 1–9.
