As of March 2025, construction at Marbella Beachside is advancing steadily, with 50% of slab pour 4 now complete. The remaining slab pour is scheduled to be finalised within the next 3 weeks.

Significant progress is also being made on the lower-level terraces, where internal structures are rapidly taking shape. Plastering and wet area screeding are now underway, marking an important step in the delivery of the internal fit-out program.

Overall, the project remains firmly on track as Marbella Beachside continues to move toward its next major stages.
