As of May 2025, the back-row terraces are now starting to rise. This week, our construction team successfully started another slab pour on the second floor of the rear terraces — a key step in bringing the tiered design of Marbella to life. You’ll also see formwork now underway on the first floors of the rear terraces, with the structures beginning to reveal their full scale.

With just two slab pours remaining, we’re nearing the completion of all major external structures and levels — an exciting milestone.

Alongside this, internal works are progressing with stairwells and lift shafts now being formed across each terrace home.

We’ll be back soon with another update as we move toward full structural completion.
