Level 3 slab pour began last week (13/11) and will be completed tomorrow (21/11).

Level 3 brickwork will commence next week (estimated to be complete before Christmas).

Ground floor and Level 1 exterior structures are complete.

Additionally, the State Government has proposed lowering a large section of West Coast Highway at Scarborough Beach.
