The Terrace Homes at Marbella Beachside are progressing well, with visible changes across the site this month.

The front façades are now 90% complete, scaffolding has come down, and planter boxes and front walls are scheduled to start next week — giving the streetscape its final form.

Across the development, brickwork and concreting are about 85% complete, while the top-floor Terrace Homes have reached a major milestone, with roof cover installation set for Monday.

Inside, tiling and cabinetry have commenced in Homes 1–5, and lift installation is now underway.

Each week brings the project closer to completion, with the Terrace Homes beginning to showcase their refined coastal design.
