The construction team have been very busy since activity kicked off in June 2023. 

As the earthworks phase nears completion we now have bricklayers and concreters on site ready to make headways into the next phase of construction.

Activity has commenced on the garages of Terrace Homes 1 – 5.

The boundary wall to the north is 90% complete and the team will soon be commencing on the southern boundary wall.

The team will be working hard over the next few weeks as we approach the Christmas period. Stay tuned for more updates in the coming weeks!
