Marbella’s architectural and interior design is inspired by colours and forms of the surrounding coastline. Clean sculptural lines, natural materials and lush greenery create a timeless aesthetic, harmonious with the beachside environment.
Construction is well underway, forecasted for completion early-mid 2026.

The unique design of Marbella ensures that every terrace home is perfectly positioned to create light-filled spaces and capture the incredible Indian ocean views, so that you can indulge in a relaxing oceanside ambience.
The garage and bedrooms are positioned on the lower three floors, with an internal lift so you can move between the levels with ease. On the top level, you’ll find your rooftop balcony that seamlessly integrates with the kitchen, living and dining areas, while surrounding you with stunning ocean views.
Marbella’s interiors feature bespoke curved cabinetry and refined natural materials that complement the timeless coastal aesthetic. Oak timber flooring, stone benchtops, and brushed copper fixtures, bring warmth to the interiors and create a fresh modern feel.
Construction is well underway and the ability to choose between Marbella’s two interior schemes is no longer applicable.
All remaining terrace homes will feature the Calida Standard interior scheme.
