RAD architecture is a boutique architectural and interior design studio based in Perth. In designing Marbella, RAD architecture used the natural topography of the site to create a terraced proposal which provides ocean views for all occupants in addition to large ocean-facing rooftop terraces. The form of the building is designed with clean, sculptural lines and extensive natural planting to create a timeless design aesthetic which is complimented by carefully detailed interiors featuring bespoke finishes.
